I'm evaluating Jiaqian Xu's WebPage04.htm. I found the following problems:

1. Line 11: He doesn't put in his own web page title, instead he left it as the original code given by the teacher.
2. Line 32: He put in a box with the words "Hooray! It works." When this isn't needed for the assignment.
3. He didn't actually list any bad websites or include screen shots.
